2009 Foundation Golf Tournament - Strengthening the Foundation of Family Medicine

Family Physicians are the foundation of a strong healthcare system. Trained in the most current techniques and technologies, they can diagnose and treat a full range of problems for a wide range of individuals – from young to old. As they do, they build solid relationships with their patients, patients’ families and the community.
To help raise money for the LAFP Foundation, the LAFP holds an annual Foundation Golf Tournament in conjunction with the Annual Assembly & Exhibition. The 2009 Foundation Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, July 9th in conjunction with the 62nd Annual Assembly & Exhibition in Lake Charles, LA.
So don't miss this great chance to "tee off" with fellow colleagues. The cost of the event is $125 per person and includes 18 holes of play, golf cart, refreshments and prizes.
