Reservations may be made by contacting L'Auberge du Lac Hotel by phone at (866)580-7444. Be sure to identify yourself as a member of the Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians and provide your group code SLAFP to receive the group rate.

Your cut-off date for reservations is June 24, 2009, after which rooms will be sold on a space-available basis. All reservations must be  guaranteed and accompanied with a first night room deposit or guaranteed by credit card. All room rates quoted DO NOT include 13% sales and innkeepers tax. A 15% surcharge will be applied to each third and forth adult occupying a room. A maximum of four guests are allowed per room.
