Laissez les bon temps roulet on the Bayou!!!

Support the Foundation’s fundraising efforts by coming out for a “Party on the Bayou” where we will have plenty of food, entertainment and wonderful auction items to bid on! Don’t forget to stay around as we party into the President’s Reception! Dr. James Campbell would like for you to join the festivities as we celebrate his presidential term on the last night of the assembly. Come dance the night away at this Cajun themed party. And remember as we say down here in Louisiana, Laissez les bon temps roulet("Let the good times roll"). Ticket Prices are $40 adult, $20 child. Adult and Child Guest Registrations include one ticket.
This year’s LAFP Foundation Auction will be held in conjunction with the Presiden't Reception in the form of a Cajun themed party on the Bayou!!!
Donate to the LAFP Foundation Auction
The Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians Foundation is asking for your assistance in supporting their 17th Annual Auction. This year the Foundation Auction will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2009, and combined with the President's Party for a Laissez les bon temps roulet on the Bayou Party!!!
If you are interested in donating an item to the auciton, please complete the Donation Form and return to the LAFP Foundation, 919 Tara Blvd., Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70806, by June 1, 2009, so that we may complete our records, provide receipts and prepare the Bid Sheets. We ask that you use one sheet per donation. Please join us in making this event a successful event!
