The LAFP Foundation fundraisers are in full swing, but your help through donations and sponsorships are vital so join us at the 62nd Annual Assembly and Exhibition.

The Foundation's 17th Annual Auction and Foundation Golf will be held during our 62nd Annual Assembly and Exhibition in Lake Charles, LA, and are quickly approaching! However, without your involvement and support, it will not be a success. Proceeds will benefit student and resident members. The Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians Foundation is asking for your assistance in supporting their 17th Annual Auction. This year the Foundation Auction will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2009, and combined with the President's Party for a Laissez les bon temps roulet on the Bayou Party!!!

Please complete the Donation Form and return to the LAFP Foundation, 919 Tara Blvd., Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70806, by June 1, 2009, so that we may complete our records, provide receipts and prepare the Bid Sheets. We ask that you use one sheet per donation. Please join us in making this event a successful event!

Support the Foundation’s fundraising efforts by coming out for a party on the bayou, where we will have wonderful items to bid on. There will be music and a buffet type meal for this event. Foundation Golf Tournament, Thursday, July 9, 2009
2:30 pm - 5:30 pm - L'Auberge du Lac Resort - L'Auberge Golf Course

Don't miss this great chance to "tee off" with fellow colleagues. The cost of the event is $125 per person and includes 18 holes of play, golf cart, refreshments and prizes.
