Commonwealth Fund Recommends Health Care Payment Reform

The Commonwealth Fund's Commission on a High Performance Health System has recommended several primary care payment reforms as part of changes to our nation's health care system. "Reforming Provider Payment: Essential Building Block for Health Reform" discusses the importance of strengthening primary care, enhancing Medicare payment, and the adoption of a Medical Home model.
