Thank You to our "Family Doctor of the Day" Participants!
The Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians was given the opportunity to staff the “First Aid Station” at the State Capital during the 2008 Legislative Session. They were only asked to perform non-invasive type procedures. This program enabled the LAFP to build an effective relationship with our senators and representatives; a relationship that should be maintained if our views and suggestions concerning health care are to be heard.
