MARK YOUR CALENDARS! The LAFP Spring 2009 Board and Committee Cluster Meetings Have Been Scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2009
The spring 2009 Board and Committee Cluster meetings have been scheduled for Saturday, April 4, 2009, at the LAFP Headquarters: 919 Tara Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA 70806. A presentation on the LSU Rural Scholars Track will be given at lunch by Dr. Kim LeBlanc.
The meeting times are:
- Education Committee: 8:30 am till 10:00 am
- Legislative and Membership Committee:10:00 am till 11:30 am
- Foundation Board: 11:30 am till 12:00 pm
- Lunch and Presentation: 12:00 pm till 12:30 pm
- Board of Directors: 12:30 pm till
If you have any items that you would like to have on the agenda or a written report that you would like presented during the Board Meeting for your department or committee, please email it to us so that it can be included in the meeting packet. All agenda items and reports need to be submitted by March 15th, 2009. The agenda for each meeting will be forwarded to you closer to the meeting date.
