2008 Partner Opportunities

ALL PARTNERS will be recognized in the meeting Program, syllabus, Louisiana Family Doctor , LAFP website, and Partner-recognition signage located at the meeting, if received before production. Additional benefits are listed under specific opportunities.

Educational Grants - Educational grants are used to underwrite the educational and programming costs of LAFP meetings. Partners who choose this venue see the value of promoting the highest quality of continuing medical education for Family Physicians in Louisiana. Companies participating as a Partner may designate what meeting(s) they would like their support dollars designated to. Companies will receive acknowledgement as a Partner (see Levels of Support) in all meeting materials.

Additional Partner Opportunities - Companies participating in these special opportunities may designate what meeting(s) or event(s) they would like their support dollars designated to. Companies will receive acknowledgement as a Partner (see Levels of Support on reverse) in all meeting materials.

Continental Breakfasts (4) - Sponsor one of several continental breakfasts held throughout the conference. We can work with you on this event to help meet your marketing objectives.

Warming Huts/Breaks (4) - Sponsor one of several refreshment breaks held throughout the conference. We can work with you on this event to help meet your marketing objectives.

Reception - Shine in front of meeting attendees by being the partner who sponsors this fun-filled, family event. We offer this function as either an exclusive or shared opportunity. You are welcome to work with LAFP staff to help create a special event. A limited number of tickets will be available to sponsors.

Registrant Giveaways - Acknowledgement will be given to the Donor when given away. Items such as convention bags, pens, etc. will be given on behalf of the donor to all meeting registrants.

Registrant Giveaways (T-Shirts, Beach towels, etc) - We will offer this opportunity as either an exclusive or shared opportunity. The LAFP logo and meeting info will be displayed on the front of the shirt or towel. Your logo or company information will be displayed prominently on the back of the t-shirts or on the towels, which will be given to all meeting attendees.
