65th Annual Assembly and Exhibition- August 2-5, 2012, Baytowne Conference Center- Room block located at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, Destin, FL 

The 65th Annual Assembly and Exhibition plans are underway as we move back to the beach! The Education Committee is working hard to always improve and bring you the best CME sessions possible! The LAFP Foundation will also be holding its Annual Foundation Golf Tournament as well as the Annual Foundation Live Auction so start saving up today for an event that has proved to be loads of fun!

The room block will be open in early 2012 but mark your calendars today to be ready to book as soon as it opens! In the mean time, take a look around the Sandestin Golf and Beach resort website to see all it has to offer!

64 ANNUAL ASSEMBLY AND EXHIBITION RECAP

The 64altth Annual Assembly and Exhibition took place August 4-6, 2011, at the Hotel Monteleone in New Orleans, LA. The meeting had record attendance with 133 attendees in total! We also had a packed exhibit hall as well as new Educational Partners join us this year.


With over 15 hours of prescribed credit, a welcome reception at the Wax Museum, and three tracks on Saturday, the LAFP staff have deemed this meeting a SUCCESS! LAFP staff were excited about be able to offer two CME courses on Saturday, one for Practice Managers and the other therapeutic areas, as well as a Student and Resident track with included a "Battle of the Residents". 
 
The LAFP would like to thank our Partners who see the value in a cooperative effort to promote the highest quality of continuing medical education for Family Physicians in Louisiana. We ask all of our members to please express your personal appreciation to them when they visit your office.
