The Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians Foundation administers the Louisiana Tar Wars Program.  The LAFP Foundation works closely with Area Health Education Centers, Medical Residency Programs and Educator Associations to promote and schedule presentations.  If you would like to request a presentation for your school, please send an e-mail request to Margaret Civella at mcivella@lafp.org.
In your request please include:
  • Name of School
  • Contact Person
  • Phone number
  • e-mail address
  • Parish
  • Number of 4th and 5th grade classes
  • Total number of children we will be presenting to
