2017 Booth Fees and Due Date
Booth Fee $1,500 before June 3, 2017
$1,600 after June 3, 2017
The due date to reserve exhibit booth space is June 3, 2017. After this date, exhibit applications will only be accepted if there is space availability. To apply for an exhibit space, please complete the application form online or mail, with your payment, to LAFP, 919 Tara Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA 70806.
Your Fee Includes
- An 8’ deep x 8’ wide booth with (1) 2’x6’ skirted table and (2) folding chairs•An identification sign
- Pipe and drapes
- Registration list before and after conclusion of conference (no emails included)
- Listing in the program guide and meeting app
- 100 word company/product profile in the meeting app with a link to your company’s website
*All electrical requirements are the exhibitors responsibility
Booths will not be assigned until after July 3, 2017, with conference sponsors receiving first priority – then on a first-come, first-paid basis.
Exhibitor Personnel Registration
Companies paying the exhibit fee will receive six (6) exhibitor badges. All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name and their name if they choose.Exhibitor badge registration deadline is July 13, 2017.
A written notice of cancellation must be sent to the LAFP Office, 919 Tara Boulevard, Baton Rouge, LA, 70806. Notices received on or before May 3, 2017 will receive a 50 percent refund. No refund or cancellation will be made on or after May 3, 2017.
