EXHIBITOR PERSONNEL REGISTRATION FORM — DUE JUNE 22, 2021

Each exhibit booth package includes access for six (6) onsite representatives to attend the activities within the Expo hall. Additional badges may be purchased for $50 each.  Please have each of the individuals who will be present at the 74th Annual Assembly & Exhibition as a representative for your company at your exhibit complete the form below.   We need to be able to prepare name badges as well as be able to reach your representatives directly in the event updated information needs to be distributed.  If you have any questions, please contact the LAFP at 225.923.3313 or info@lafp.org.  Thank you.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held on Thursday, July 22nd. All are welcome to attend and included in the cost of your booth registration. However, we need a head count of who plans to attend.

President's Party

The President’s Party will be held on Friday, July 23rd. Everyone who plans to attend the President’s Party must have a ticket. You will get two complimentary tickets as part of your booth registration. Additional tickets can be purchased for $45 each. They can be paid for in advance or upon arrival.
