Foundation Golf Tournament

Be a Pro for a day! Support the Foundation’s fundraising effort while playing 18 holes (shotgun start) at the spectacular Audubon Golf Course. Play is open to all registrants, guests and supporters. Cost is $135 per person, includes green fees, cart rental and prizes. Transportation to and from the course will be provided. Participants are asked to meet in the hotel lobby at 2:00 pm.

This year's Annual Assembly will kick-off at the roof-top pool of the Roosevelt Hotel with a welcome reception. Join us for a VooDoo BBQ filled with fun, buffet dinner and live music. No ticket is required to attend this event but an RSVP with a count of those planning to attend is needed. Buffet style dinner and cash bar will be provided.

Join us for the Awards and Installation Ceremony where LAFP's new officers will be installed. This event will also spotlight the 2022 LAFP Family Physician of the Year, 2022 Partners and 25-50 Year Members. Registrants receive one complimentary ticket to this event. Ticket prices are $40. Guest Registrations include one ticket. Additional Tickets may be purchased by visiting the Registration Desk Prior to Friday at 12:00 pm.  A champagne toast will take place immediately following the Awards and Installation ceremony.

President's Gala and Foundation Fundraiser

It’s time to celebrate with the LAFP at its 75th Anniversary Celebration during the President’s Gala. Food and drinks are endless as you dance the night away! Check out the Foundation Drawing and enter for a chance to win some amazing prices. 

Let’s not forgot the purpose of the night! The Foundation raises funds to provide education like the Student & Resident Track free of charge to those that are the “Future of Family Medicine.” The Foundation also provides many other scholarships and awards to students and residents throughout the years among other initiatives, therefore the prize drawing hosted at the Annual Assembly is one of the main fundraisers for the Foundation.

A buffet dinner will be served and a live band provided! Exhibitors, spouses and guests are also welcome to purchase tickets for this fun event. RSVP is required and entrance will be by ticket only. Full Paid Registrants and Guest Registrants receive one complimentary ticket to this event. Ticket prices are $45 per ticket. Additional tickets may be purchased by visiting the Registration Desk prior to Friday at 12:00 PM.
