Exhibitor Task List

On this page you can manage all of the items that are needed as an exhibitor or advertiser at the 76th Annual Assembly and Exhibition. Below is the information with a list of tasks with specific deadlines, details about each task, and the link to upload your files. Please make sure to complete each task on or before the deadline!

Please provide the following information:

All sponsors must submit the information and files to the LAFP by June 10, 2023. If the artwork is not received by the above deadline, only the sponsor's company name will be placed on the appropriate conference items and signage.  Only digital files DOC, JPG, PUB, JPEG and PDF.

Company Name for Print:

Your company name, will be used  for  your booth identification sign, conference program listing and in the conference meeting app.

Company Description:

Your company description will be used in the conference meeting app.

Company Logo:

Your company logo will be used for the conference meeting app.

Conference Program Ad

If you purchased an ad in the conference program, please upload below.  The conference program is 5½”  x 8½” in size with glossy pages.

LAFP eNewsletter Ad

If you received an ad in the LAFP eNewsletter, please upload below.  Your banner ad will be hyperlinked making it easy for attendees to access your website and learn more about your company or product.  LAFP eNewsletter ad size — 300 pixel x 300 pixel

LAFP Conference Broadcast Email Banner Ad

If you purchased an ad in the Conference Broadcast Email, please upload below.  Your banner ad will be hyperlinked making it easy for attendees to access your website and learn more about your company or product.  Conference Broadcast Email ad size — 900 pixel x 150 pixel

Conference Bag Insert

If you purchased a bag insert, please upload below.

Meeting App Push Notification:

If you purchased a meeting app push notification, please provide the verbiage below.  Push notifications will be sent out to conference attendees throughout the conference in the meeting app.


Exhibiting companies will receive six (6) exhibitor badges. All exhibitors are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Badge deadline is June 20, 2023. Companies wishing to send more  than six representatives  must purchase an additional booth or pay an additional $50 per person charge. No more than 4  representatives may occupy the booth at any given time. Booth sharing is NOT permitted.

Social Events and Activities
Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held on Thursday, July 20th. All are welcome to attend and included in the cost of your booth registration. However, we need a head count of who plans to attend.

President's Party

The President’s Party will be held on Friday, July 21st. Everyone who plans to attend the President’s Party must have a ticket. You will get two complimentary tickets as part of your booth registration. Additional tickets can be purchased for $50 each. They can be paid for in advance or upon arrival.
