Be a Pro for a day! Support the Foundation’s fundraising effort while playing 18 holes (shotgun start) at the spectacular Baytowne Golf Course. Play is open to all registrants, guests and supporters. Cost is $150 per person, includes green fees, cart rental and prizes.

This year's Annual Assembly will kick-off with a Welcome Reception. Join us for a Gilligan's Island Cast Away filled with fun and live music. No ticket is required to attend this event but an RSVP with a count of those planning to attend is needed. Buffet style dinner and cash bar will be provided.
LAFP Foundation Prize Drawing

This year as part of the fun at the 79th Annual Assembly and Exhibition, the LAFP Foundation Board of Directors is holding the annual prize drawing fundraiser, but Derby style. The Derby Prize Drawing has returning crowd favorites and new ones. The ‘Show’ Prizes are valued at $250-$500, and the ‘Place’ Prizes are valued at $501-$1,500.
Derby Prize Drawing tickets will be available for purchase on Thursday, July 23, 2026, from any LAFP staff member. Attendees can purchase five (5) Show’ tickets for $30 or three (3) Place tickets for $65. There is no limit on the number of tickets you can purchase. Simply drop the number of tickets into the box or boxes for a chance to win that prize. All proceeds raised from the LAFP Derby Prize Drawing support activities and events for our resident and student members. The drawing will be held on Friday, July 24th during the President's Party. Tickets will be drawn until a winning ticket is pulled.

Join us for the Awards and Installation Ceremony where LAFP's new officers will be installed. This ceremony will also spotlight the 2026 LAFP Family Physician of the Year and other awards celebrating 79 years! Full registrants and registered guests each receive one ticket to this event. Daily registrations do not include admission to this ceremony. Ticket prices are $40. Additional tickets may be purchased by visiting the Registration Desk prior to Friday at 12:00 pm.

We will continue the celebration with the FM Celebration and Foundation fundraiser! Food and drinks are endless as you dance the night away!
Let’s not forgot the purpose of the night! Check out the Foundation drawing and enter for a chance to win some amazing prices. The Foundation raises funds to provide education like the Student & Resident Track free of charge to those that are the “Future of Family Medicine.” The Foundation also provides many other scholarships and awards to students and residents throughout the years among other initiatives, therefore the prize drawing hosted at the Annual Assembly is one of the main fundraisers for the Foundation.
A buffet dinner will be served and a live band provided. Exhibitors, spouses and guests are also welcome to purchase tickets for this fun event. RSVP is required and entrance will be by ticket only. Full Paid Registrants and Guest Registrants receive one complimentary ticket to this event. Ticket prices are $50 per ticket.
