Updates 2019 01Regular session started back in Baton Rouge for state lawmakers on Monday.  Governor John Bel Edwards kicked it all off with his annual "state of the state" annual address to both chambers.  Over eight hundred bills were introduced, with the LAFP following more than 75 bills.
