On Thursday, March 7, 2024, the LAFP hosted the Baton Rouge/Lafayette Grand Rounds and Member District Social at Blend in downtown Baton Rouge. Our members enjoyed visiting with friends over cocktails before the dinner presentation hosted by the Lafayette Medicine Residency Program. The speaker for the evening, Bradley Ber, MD, presented “Perils of Chronic Alcohol Use – A Case of Gastric Outlet Obstruction Secondary to Chronic Pancreatitis”.

The program also included a presentation of Years of Membership Awards. Congratulations to Jule Griebrok-Assercq, MD for 25 years of continued membership!
