Annual Assembly and Exhibition

Exhibiting & Sponsorship Prospectus

The Annual Assembly and Exhibition examines a broad spectrum of topics and concerns of clinical interest and relevance to primary care physicians. The objective is to provide information on diagnostic techniques, advanced technical theory, current research, problem solving methods, and management techniques within the core content areas of family medicine. The program is scheduled over four days covering major topic areas for approximately 21 continuing medical education credits. Between the four days, more than 100 family physicians attend this unique educational experience.

The 2026 Annual Assembly and Exhibition will be held Thursday-Sunday,  July 23-26, 2026, at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, in Destin, FL.

Support
The LAFP seeks corporate partners to provide sponsorships that will help create valuable education for Louisiana’s family physicians. The LAFP will work with you to create a sponsorship package that best fits both organizations’ needs. Historically, packages have included sole sponsorship of welcome receptions, dinners, evening receptions, breakfasts, and breaks. Sponsorships will be used to offset honoraria, travel expenses, and other expenses related to obtaining highly respected faculty and delivering quality education. In recognition of each company’s support, the LAFP will credit that company as an educational or hospitality grant supporter on signs displayed at the meeting, in a post-event issue of our quarterly magazine, The Louisiana Family Doctor (print and digital circulation is nearly 1,900), and in a post-event edition of the Weekly Family Medicine Update, our weekly e-newsletter (circulation nearly 3,100).

Exhibits
Exhibiting at the Assembly is another great way to get exposure for your company with Louisiana’s family physicians. Exhibitors will receive a 8′ by 8′ piped and draped booth with a  table, chair, and final attendee list. Exhibiting companies will be recognized on signage displayed at the meeting, in a post-event issue of our quarterly journal, The Louisiana Family Doctor (print and digital circulation is nearly 1,900), and in a post-event edition of the Weekly Family Medicine Update, our weekly e-newsletter (circulation more than 3,100).
