We are proud to designate Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort as our conference headquarters. A room block has been reserved for this meeting. Room rates are available to attendees three (3) days prior and three (3) days after meeting dates, based on availability. A block of guest rooms is being held for the conference until June 21, 2024 or until the guest room block is full. The room rates are as follows:

Depending on room availability, a late departure charge may be applied. A deposit of one night's room rate is required to secure rooms. Final payment of entire reservation will be charged to the credit card provided by guest seven (7) days prior to arrival. All room rates quoted DO NOT include 14% fees and 12.0% for accommodations and 9.0% taxes and fees for all other services. All requests are subject to availability at time booking request is received. Any other type of accommodation besides what is in our room block will vary in cost depending on location.
Deposit is refundable in the event of individual room cancellation, provided notice is received by Sandestin seven days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Driving Directions from VPS Airport
- Head east (0.3 mi)
- Turn left onto FL-85 S/Eglin Pkwy (0.7 mi)
- Take the 1st right onto FL-123 N/Roger J Clary Hwy (4.9 mi)
- Turn right onto FL-85 S (4.1 mi)
- Turn left onto FL-20 E/E John Sims Pkwy (6.7 mi)
- Slight right to merge onto FL-293/Mid-Bay Bridge Connector (Continue to follow FL-293 /Partial toll road)
- Head south over the Mid-Bay Bridge (there is a $3 toll to cross the bridge) to the second traffic light.
- Turn left onto Hwy 98, heading east.
- Travel approximately six miles to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.
- All guests must check-in at the Sandestin Welcome Center located on the northeast corner of Highway 98 and Sandestin Boulevard, at the main north gate entrance of the resort.
