The AAFP is amplifying the AMA's toolkit and community of practice that assists physicians with routine screening and early detection of HIV, STIs, viral hepatitis and latent TB infection. Early detection of infectious diseases is critical for the health of our communities. The American Medical Association Routine Screening Toolkit supports community health centers and emergency departments in integrating routine screening for HIV, STIs, Viral Hepatitis and LTBI.
