AAFP to Host Rural Town Hall August 20 - LAFP | Louisiana Academy of Family Physicians

The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), in partnership with the Rural Family Medicine Project Advisory Group (PAG), will host a Rural Town Hall on Wednesday, August 20, at 8 p.m. ET.

This virtual town hall will spotlight the work of the Rural PAG, a strategic initiative launched by the AAFP Board of Directors to elevate rural voices and guide the Academy’s efforts in education, advocacy, and practice support.

During the session, the AAFP will share:

Updates on AAFP’s rural-focused educational offerings and advocacy priorities
Insights from rural physicians across the country
Opportunities for members to contribute ideas and feedback.
