The LAFP in partnership with Ochsner Health Foundation recently hosted the Monroe Area Grand Rounds and Member District Social on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe.

Our members enjoyed a beautiful evening and dinner presentation hosted by the Monroe Family Medicine Residency Program and Family Medicine & Transitional Year Residencies, FMOL Health. Teri B. O'Neal, MD, FAAFP, Program Director and Shaista Qureshi, M.D., MBBS, FAAFP, DABFM, Program Director hosted the educational program, " Family Medicine Residencies: From Launch to Legacy" to those in attendance.
