This year’s FUTURE conference will be held Thursday-Saturday, July 30-August 1, in Kansas City, MO.
Each year, the LAFP Foundation (Foundation) and American Academy of Family Physicians Foundation (AAFP Foundation) fund scholarships for medical students to attend FUTURE. This financial assistance helps offset the cost of registration, travel, lodging, and meals.
AAFP Foundation Student Scholarship to FUTURE
Family Medicine Leads Scholarships to FUTURE are provided by the AAFP Foundation. Family Medicine Leads Scholarships provides 250 awards valued at $600 each, spread over three scholarship categories:
- Early Career Student (Rising MS/OMS 1–3)
- Student (Rising MS/OMS4) or Resident Primary Care Champion
- Family Medicine Interest Group (FMIG) Leaders
