Foundation Golf Tournament

Be a Pro for a day! Support the Foundation's fundraising effort while playing 18 holes (shotgun start) at the spectacular Baytowne Golf Course. Play is open to all registrants, guests and supporters. Cost is $135 per person, includes green fees, cart rental and prizes.

This year's Annual Assembly will kick-off in the sand with a "Mexican Fiesta on the Beach" welcome reception. Join us for a evening filled with fun, buffet dinner and live music. There will be fun activities planned for the kids as well. No ticket is required to attend this event but an RSVP with a count of those planning to attend is needed. Buffet style dinner and cash bar will be provided.

Due to safety concerns, the Awards and Installation ceremony has rescheduled and will concluded immediately following the General Assembly Meeting.

Join us for the Awards and Installation ceremony where LAFP's new officers will be installed. This ceremony will also spotlight the 2020 LAFP Family Physician of the Year, 2020 Partners and 25-50 Year Members. Registrants receive one complimentary ticket to this event. Ticket prices are $40. Guest Registrations include one ticket. Additional Tickets may be purchased by visiting the Registration Desk Prior to Thursday at 12:00 pm.
