It’s “TEE” time….Register today “FORE” the 2020 Foundation Golf Tournament
It is that time of year again to join in some "friendly competition" among colleagues and friends at the 2020 Foundation Golf Tournament! This year’s fundraiser will be held Thursday, July 30, 2020 at the Baytowne Golf Course in Destin, FL. The tournament is open to EVERYONE! Bring your family, friends, spouses and even invite exhibitors!
Come out and support the Annual LAFP Foundation fund raising event and let's make this the most successful year yet. The tournament begins at 2:30 pm so you will not miss out on your CME classes!
Your $135.00 donation includes:
- Thank you gift bag to all participants
- All fees and cart rental
- Refreshments
- Prizes for winning team
- Prizes for "closest to the hole" and "longest drive" contests
You may sign up for the golf tournament when you register for Annual Assembly so that you can take care of everything in one registration. If you do not play golf but wish to donate then we encourage hole sponsorships that are available for $200.00 per hole.
