The LAFP in partnership with Ochsner Health Foundation recently hosted the Baton Rouge/Lafayette Area Grand Rounds and Member District Social on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Juban’s in Baton Rouge.
Our members enjoyed visiting with friends over cocktails before the dinner presentation hosted by the Lafayette Family Medicine Residency Program. Natalie Touchet, MD, PGY-2 and incoming Chief Resident presented, "Beyond the Headache: A Case of Ocular Migraine" to those in attendance.
The LAFP new Partner in Family Medicine, TMF: Southcentral CMS QIN-QIO, Region 5. LaNeidra Williams, MBA, BS, RDH, Healthcare Quality Improvement Specialist provided a brief introduction of TMF, and the services available to our members.
We were also excited to recognize the following members for their membership anniversary with the LAFP:
